I had a great weekend, but man, I’m exhausted…

Sunday is supposed to relaxing.  I spent half the morning organizing paperwork and gatheting info I needed for tax purposes (what fun!), and I barely got that done before heading off to yoga.  Great class!  Maxine is a wonderful instructor.  After lunch I helped get the house ready for a party for girl scouts and their parents, and I wrote a few Christmas cards.  That was the main item on my to-do list for the day, actually — getting the cards done.

The party only went for about an hour and a half, but it was fun.  Chatted with my friends Marc and some others; ate lots of snacks!  Karen presented Silver Awards to Lara and two other girls, so that was cool.  It’s a good group of girls; Lara and her friends have lots of fun.

There were lots of other chores to do after the party, and I finally did get all the Christmas cards written, addressed and stamped.  Whew!  I felt good about accomplishing so much this weekends, but I was super tired when bedtime rolled around.

Oh, this weekend I started reading the latest work by Ken Follett.  Yay!
